Information for Developers

Vitally Ottawa is working with development partners to present a multi phase plan
to the City of Ottawa.

The immediate requirement, or Phase 1, is a great public space at Lansdowne Park and a commercial and stadium development at the Bayview Yards on the Ottawa River. Both of these sites are City owned.

The Lansdowne Park site is zoned as a Major Public Facility. The Bayview site is zoned for mixed commercial, retail, residential and civic. The Bayview site has had all site studies completed.

Future development will include the Bayview/Somerset Development Area, and, in collaboration with the various levels of government and communities, the development of LeBreton Flats, and shoreline on the Ottawa River.
