How to Proceed:

All of this is affordable and can be done now! 
The process is started by the creation of a design trust such as employed successfully in Granville Island Vancouver. 
The next step would be to initiate a Concept and Costing open invitation.

The development area will Include Lansdowne Park, the Bayview/Somerset Development Area, with additional points for the development of LeBreton Flats, the Ottawa River Islands and the shoreline from Domtar to Scott Paper on the Québec side.

Tenders in by early March 2010. The trust will decide the winning Master Development.
